Doss-Raines promoted to managing editor

Jill Doss-Raines has been named managing editor of The Dispatch, responsible for the daily operation of the newsroom.

The move comes as The Dispatch’s executive editor, Scott Jenkins, becomes the regional executive editor overseeing the newspapers in Burlington and Lexington.
