StarNews Media names new advertising sales manager

WILMINGTON -- Cheryl Theiss, who has worked in the StarNews Media advertising department for the past four years, is stepping into a new leadership role within the department.
Starting out as a sales representative, Theiss was promoted to digital sales manager in May 2017. Now, she has been promoted to advertising sales manager, and has high expectations for her new role.
“I appreciated the confidence that the rest of the leadership team has in my abilities to lead this team,” Theiss said. “I really look forward to working with the sales team to help our community and help the local businesses in our community grow, because really it’s all about all of us thriving.”
